Thanks to the support of Erasmus+, we were once again able to offer various international mobility opportunities to our students and staff. Students and staff participated in several Short-Term Mobilities, creating opportunities to learn across borders, collaborate with international peers and exchange experiences with students, lecturers and education professionals from different European countries.
These international experiences offer more than simply studying or working abroad. Through cooperation with partner universities and schools, participants gain insight into different educational systems and cultural contexts, develop new professional perspectives and strengthen their international and intercultural competences. At the same time, these mobilities contribute to maintaining and strengthening our long-term European partnerships.
In the coming period, several groups will travel to Norway, Hungary and Spain. They will meet with partner universities and schools, participate in lectures and workshops, and explore how education and society are shaped in different European contexts. These encounters provide valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, professional learning and the development of new connections for future cooperation.
In this way, Erasmus+ contributes to an international learning environment at Driestar Educatief. Students bring their experiences and new insights back to the Netherlands and can apply what they have learned in their future educational practice. The impact of international cooperation therefore extends beyond the mobility itself, contributing to the development of future education professionals and strengthening European cooperation and connectedness.
