Registration

It is now possible to register for the ECCEN 2026 Conference.                                                       The deadline for registration is 1 May 2026. 

Registration Process

1. Register via e-mail

The first step for registration is to send an e-mail to info@eccen.eu with the following details included: Name, organisation, profession and if you do or don't need a visa. 

2. Register via registration system 

After your registration via e-mail and approval, you will receive a link with a more detailed form. 

NOTE: we work with a new registration system which also ask you to pay the conference fee directly. If you need an invoice of your registration(payment), please contact us via info@eccen.eu and you will receive it within 30 days of your request.

3. Confirmation

After completing the previous two steps, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You are then officially registered for the ECCEN 2026 Conference.

NOTE: please check you SPAM folder after your payment.

Registration fee

Includes: registration and conference fee, accommodation for two nights (if applicable), meals.

*Subsidy refers to the extent to which a participant receives financial support from their school or institution to participate in the conference, including any government funding they may receive for education in their home country.

**If you would like to share a room with someone, you will receive a discount of €50 per person.
