International Guest Lectures

This week, we are delighted to welcome Dr. Mary Wong from LCC, one of our valued partner universities. During her visit, she is getting to know our institute, our programmes, and the work of our International Office, further strengthening the connection between our institutions.

In addition to her visit, Ms. Wong is contributing to our academic community by offering a series of guest lectures and masterclasses across different programmes and year groups. Her expertise brings an enriching international and intercultural perspective to our students.

Her programme includes:

  • A lecture for Year 2 students in Teacher Training (Secondary Education)
  • A lecture for Year 1 students in Social Work
  • A guest lecture on Images of Children and Pedagogy from a Cultural Perspective for first-year students
  • A guest lecture/masterclass on Christian Faith and Culture for second-year students

Through these sessions, students are invited to reflect on educational and social themes from a global and cultural viewpoint, engaging with questions around pedagogy, identity, and faith in diverse contexts.

We are grateful for Ms. Wong’s contribution and look forward to continued collaboration with LCC in the future.
